General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for the Online Language Learning Platform Labra Flex
Last updated: September 13, 2026
These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the Labra Flex platform and are permanently accessible via the footer link on every page.
The contents of this platform, including interactive exercises and speech synthesis, are created using modern technology and custom software development.
-
1. Description of Services
Labra Flex is an online learning platform focused primarily on the German language. The platform may provide digital learning content, interactive exercises, grammar and vocabulary materials, audio and pronunciation functions, progress-based learning tools, AI-supported learning assistance, downloadable learning outputs, rankings, reward systems, live or asynchronous support formats, and other digital learning features.
The exact scope, availability and combination of features may differ depending on the selected access type, membership status, country, technical environment, language version, system capacity, product stage and current platform structure. The pricing page, dashboard and in-product notices show the currently available access conditions.
Labra Flex is continuously developed. Individual features, limits, learning paths, reward systems, AI tools, audio functions, PDF exports, translations, rankings, progress logic, live formats, support channels or other platform areas may be modified, expanded, limited, replaced, temporarily suspended or discontinued where this is necessary for technical, security-related, legal, economic, didactic or product-development reasons.
No specific feature, quota, reward, ranking position, AI model, technical method, design, language version, learning path, live format or availability level is guaranteed unless it is expressly promised in writing for a specific membership.
-
2. Platform Operator, Content Responsibility and Sellers
Labra Flex is operated through legally independent entities with clearly separated roles.
Abdellah Askaoui – Labra Flex Germany (Germany) operates the learning platform and is the contractual platform operator for general platform use. Germany is responsible for technical operation, user accounts, security, hosting, support and the general processing of personal platform data.
STE Labra Flex SARL-AU (Morocco) is the content, rights, brand and editorial approval entity. It determines the educational direction and approves the learning content for which it is internally responsible. It does not receive general access to user accounts, learning progress, prompts, transcripts, platform logs, newsletter lists or support mailboxes.
The seller for a paid product is shown before a binding order:
- Stripe Managed Payments: Labra Flex Germany is the seller of the digital product. Sold through Link, LLC acts as merchant of record within the Managed Payments structure. Economic proceeds attributable to Germany remain with Germany after transaction-related taxes, fees, refunds, chargebacks and similar deductions; SARL-AU receives no share.
- Direct bank transfer for customers in Morocco: when this payment route is activated and STE Labra Flex SARL-AU is identified in checkout as seller, SARL-AU is the seller and contractual partner for that purchase. Labra Flex Germany technically processes the necessary sales/order data on behalf of SARL-AU in Germany. SARL-AU has no access to the platform/order database; bank- or legally required accounting data arising directly in Morocco remain limited to the sales purpose.
The general platform-use relationship and data processing remain with Labra Flex Germany even where a Moroccan customer purchases a premium entitlement from SARL-AU. The limited SARL-AU sales processing is separated from the general platform processing.
-
3. Progress Logic, Unlocks, Rewards and Temporary Benefits
Labra Flex may use progress-based logic to unlock learning content, premium features, temporary benefits, reward periods, increased usage allowances, leaderboard participation, bonus access, or similar platform advantages.
Such unlocks and rewards are part of the digital learning experience and do not constitute cash benefits, vouchers, financial claims or separately enforceable contractual claims. They cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to another person, sold or permanently guaranteed.
The conditions for progress tracking, rewards, bonus periods, doubled allowances, feature unlocks, cooldowns, eligibility and ranking participation may be adjusted at any time to protect the platform, prevent abuse, maintain fair use, ensure technical stability, correct errors or improve the learning concept.
Labra Flex Germany may revoke, pause, correct or refuse rewards, unlocks or bonus benefits if they were triggered by technical errors, manipulation, automated use, account sharing, abusive behaviour, suspicious activity or violations of these Terms.
Legal recourse regarding voluntary rewards, temporary benefits, rankings, bonus periods and non-cash unlocks is excluded to the extent permitted by mandatory consumer protection law. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
-
4. Permitted Use of Services
The use of the platform is strictly limited to personal learning purposes. Users are responsible for their use of the services and all activities that occur under their account. The platform is committed to providing a positive, useful and safe user experience. Users must not engage in any behaviour that could be harmful to other users, the platform, its systems or its content.
-
5. Fair Use, Usage Limits and AI-Supported Features
Certain features of Labra Flex, including AI-supported tools, speech functions, pronunciation analysis, chat functions, grammar analysis, text correction, PDF exports, translations, audio generation, progress analytics and similar resource-intensive services, may be subject to technical usage limits, cooldowns, fair-use controls or temporary restrictions.
Labra Flex does not guarantee a fixed number of requests, minutes, exports, audio recordings, analyses or AI interactions unless such number is expressly displayed for the relevant membership at the time of use. Usage allowances may vary over time and may be adapted for technical, economic, security-related, didactic or fairness reasons.
Where a membership is described as including unlimited or extended use, this means normal personal learning use within reasonable fair-use boundaries. Automated access, scraping, mass generation, account sharing, resale, technical circumvention, excessive non-human use or use that endangers platform stability is not permitted.
Labra Flex Germany may temporarily slow down, limit, pause or review access to resource-intensive functions if usage is unusually high, technically suspicious, abusive, automated, harmful to other users or inconsistent with normal personal learning use.
Temporary bonuses, doubled allowances or reward-based increases do not create a permanent entitlement to higher usage limits. Unused allowances, rewards or temporary benefits do not have cash value and do not roll over unless expressly stated in the user account.
-
6. Temporary Audio Recordings and PDF Exports
Some functions allow users to record audio, receive pronunciation feedback, generate learning outputs or create downloadable PDF files.
Audio recordings are used only to provide the requested speech or pronunciation function. They are stored temporarily in a protected technical processing area, separated from direct personal identifiers as far as technically possible, and are automatically deleted after a short technical retention period of only a few hours, unless a longer period is legally required or necessary to investigate abuse or security incidents.
PDF export files are generated only to make the requested learning result downloadable. They are stored temporarily, without public access, and are automatically deleted after a short technical retention period of only a few hours.
Audio recordings and PDF export files are not used for unrelated profiling, manual grading unrelated to the requested function, resale or unrelated commercial purposes. They are not disclosed to third parties unless this is technically necessary for a specific feature and expressly described in the Privacy Policy.
Users are responsible for downloading PDF files within the available time window. After automatic deletion, restoration is not guaranteed.
-
7. Seller, Payment Terms, Digital Access and Withdrawal Rights
Paid memberships are provided for the duration, price, currency and access scope displayed on the pricing page and in the checkout before the user places a binding order. The checkout identifies the seller and contractual partner.
Stripe Managed Payments: For supported countries outside Morocco, Labra Flex Germany is the seller of the twelve-month digital product within the Managed Payments structure. Sold through Link, LLC acts as merchant of record, while Stripe/Link supplies the Managed Payments infrastructure. The one-time price is 149.00 EUR unless a different final price is shown before the binding order. There is no automatic renewal.
Direct bank transfer in Morocco only: This payment route is offered only to customers in Morocco. If STE Labra Flex SARL-AU is shown as seller, the paid contract is concluded directly with that entity. The one-time price is 1,499.00 MAD including 20% Moroccan VAT. STE Labra Flex SARL-AU is responsible for payment verification, the French invoice, any credit note, withdrawal, refunds and payment-related communication. The invoice is created only after the payment has been documented and the order has been activated.
A membership renewal is a separate paid order and is not carried out automatically. The renewal checkout again identifies the seller, price, contractual duration, payment method and applicable legal information. The payment method used for an earlier membership does not bind a later renewal. If the user changes between Stripe and direct bank transfer before payment, a separate order record is created for the newly identified seller. The consent already recorded for the same renewal round remains linked as the source record, including its original timestamp and technical evidence; the payment method may therefore be changed without presenting the same checkboxes again. A new confirmation is requested only if the legal text, version or legally required declaration has materially changed.
Several payment attempts may temporarily exist for the same renewal. Only the first successfully confirmed Stripe payment or the first documented bank-transfer activation is used to activate the renewal. Other open payment attempts and payment links are cancelled, expired or marked as superseded and do not create a second extension. The related records may remain stored as contractual, payment and legal evidence.
Each completed renewal is documented as a separate order. Where a withdrawal right exists, a withdrawal concerning the renewal is assessed by reference to the latest paid and activated renewal order rather than an earlier membership order.
Offers displayed in the normal consumer checkout are intended for consumers. Businesses must contact Labra Flex before ordering so that the correct seller, tax treatment and documentation can be determined.
Institutional licences, volume purchases, employer-funded access and other B2B arrangements may be governed by a separate written offer, order form, framework agreement or data-protection annex. Where such a B2B agreement has been concluded, its specifically agreed provisions take precedence over these general terms for the institutional customer to the extent of any conflict. Consumer-only withdrawal or protection provisions do not apply to an entrepreneur or institution unless mandatory law expressly provides otherwise.
Mandatory statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected. As a uniform international customer policy, Labra Flex grants consumers a withdrawal period of at least 14 calendar days for paid memberships. A longer mandatory period applicable in the consumer's country of habitual residence remains unaffected and takes precedence. A free or limited preview of the platform helps the user assess the product before purchase but does not shorten or remove an applicable withdrawal period.
Where the user expressly requests immediate access before the end of an applicable withdrawal period, Labra Flex may begin providing the digital services and digital content immediately after the required request, consent, acknowledgement and information have been recorded.
If a consumer effectively withdraws during the applicable withdrawal period, premium access ends when the withdrawal is processed. Where the statutory requirements for compensation have been fulfilled and documented, Labra Flex may deduct only the proportionate value of the digital service supplied up to receipt of the withdrawal. This amount is calculated from the exact elapsed premium-access time in relation to the total contractual service period. Individual clicks, logins, opened lessons, videos or AI requests do not increase that time-based amount. No compensation is charged merely for digital content where the applicable law excludes such compensation.
For an accepted Stripe withdrawal, the remaining refundable amount is normally returned automatically to the original Stripe payment method. For an accepted bank-transfer withdrawal, the consumer may be asked to provide the RIB of a Moroccan bank account and the account-holder name through the official contact form, using the same email address as for the order and quoting the order and withdrawal reference numbers. A requested period for providing bank details serves allocation and payment processing and does not by itself extinguish an existing refund claim.
Outside mandatory withdrawal, conformity, warranty, price-reduction, termination or refund rights, Labra Flex does not grant a voluntary refund merely because the membership was not used, was only partly used, was used later than planned or because the user changed their mind.
The applicable withdrawal period and legal assessment may depend on the seller, the consumer's habitual residence, the country documented for the order and the information provided at checkout. The electronic withdrawal function confirms receipt immediately. An automatic decision is made only where the stored order evidence supports the applicable period, the checkout information and the delivery of the required contractual information.
Access is technically activated by Labra Flex Germany. For a bank-transfer purchase, activation is performed only after a documented confirmation or valid activation instruction from STE Labra Flex SARL-AU. This technical step does not change the seller identified at checkout.
7.1 Institutional and B2B contracts
Where an organisation, company, school, educational provider, employer or other institution contracts with Labra Flex in its business or professional capacity, the commercial conditions shown in the individually approved B2B order take precedence for that institutional purchase. The approved order shows the number of paid learning accesses, the gross final price per learning access including applicable indirect tax, the gross total price, the contractual duration and the agreed Stripe payment preference. One organisation-administrator account is provided in addition to the paid learning-access quantity without an additional per-seat charge.
A direct B2B contract is not activated merely because an offer or payment link is created. Before confirmed payment, the organisation may exist only as a technical contract and payment context and no paid organisation user account is released. The contractual access period starts on the day on which the relevant Stripe payment is successfully confirmed by the server. After confirmed payment, the organisation administrator receives the activation/registration route and may manage the licensed learning accounts through the organisation dashboard.
B2B renewals are not automatic. Labra Flex must first approve the current renewal conditions. Until that approval exists, the organisation administrator cannot create a Stripe checkout for the renewal. The approved learning-access quantity, gross unit price, gross total price, duration and payment preference are shown to the organisation administrator before payment. If Labra Flex changes any of those approved commercial conditions, the previous approval and any still-open payment attempt may be withdrawn or superseded and a new approval is required.
An approved renewal may be prepared during an active contract, but payment through the organisation self-service renewal flow becomes available only from the end of the current paid term. A successfully paid renewal starts a new contractual term on the actual payment-confirmation date; unused time is not artificially consumed by starting a new term before the former one ends.
After the paid B2B term ends, Labra Flex grants a seven-calendar-day operational grace period during which previously enabled organisation learning accounts may continue to use the learning service. This grace period is not an automatic paid renewal. After the grace period, learning access is suspended while the accounts, learning data and organisation assignment remain stored. The organisation administrator retains the access necessary for organisation management and renewal. The normal self-service renewal window ends 30 days after the former contractual end unless Labra Flex expressly reopens or replaces the commercial offer.
If the newly paid learning-access quantity is lower than the previous B2B licence quantity, all member learning accounts are disabled after activation of the reduced contract, while the organisation administrator account remains available. The organisation administrator then chooses which member accounts to re-enable up to the newly paid quantity. No member account is selected for deletion merely because the licence quantity was reduced. Accounts that were already manually disabled by the organisation remain disabled after a normal renewal unless the organisation administrator re-enables them within the available quota.
If the B2B order records “Stripe financing / instalment payment if available”, this expresses the agreed preference only. Labra Flex does not create or administer individual instalments. Stripe determines whether a financing or instalment option is actually available for the customer, country and transaction and, where offered, Stripe manages that payment method under its own applicable conditions. If such an option is not available, it is not guaranteed by Labra Flex.
The electronic consumer withdrawal function and consumer-specific withdrawal declarations are not part of a genuine B2B order where the contracting customer acts as an entrepreneur or institution. This does not exclude mandatory rights that cannot legally be waived, nor does it prevent payment-provider disputes, agreed refunds or other remedies that apply independently of consumer withdrawal law.
For consumer contracts only: the post-contract activation email may present the payment and account activation in a concise form. The complete consumer contract confirmation, including legally required withdrawal information and the recorded declaration concerning immediate performance, is supplied with that email in an attached document that the consumer can store and reproduce unchanged. This consumer-withdrawal documentation is not part of a genuine B2B order under § 7.1. A website link alone is not used as a substitute for information that must be supplied on a durable medium.
-
8. Membership Duration, Renewal and Restricted Account Area
Paid memberships are valid for the duration shown during checkout or on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Unless expressly stated otherwise, memberships are not automatically renewed.
A renewal requires an active payment-method selection and a new binding order. The seller, legal texts and required confirmations are shown before the first payment request in the renewal round. If the payment method is changed during that same round, the original confirmation remains linked to the later order record and is not presented as a new click. New confirmation is required only where the legally relevant text or version has materially changed.
If a membership includes an additional free or bonus period, this period begins automatically after the regular paid term unless otherwise stated. Free periods, bonus periods, reward periods and temporary unlocks do not create a separate payment claim, cash value or refund entitlement.
After the membership or any applicable free period ends, the user account enters a restricted account area for an initial period of 15 days. During this phase, users may have limited access to account functions such as reviewing or changing account data, exporting available information, contacting support or renewing the membership. Access to paid learning content remains restricted.
If new payment information or a new payment link is actually issued for a requested renewal during the restricted phase, the deletion-protection period is extended to at least 30 days from that dispatch. A later actual dispatch may renew this protection. This protects the account data while a payment is pending but does not reactivate paid learning access and does not extend the previous contractual term.
If no reactivation, payment or relevant interaction occurs during the restricted phase, the account and associated data may be deleted according to the Privacy Policy and applicable retention rules.
For a Stripe renewal, the new contractual term begins when the payment is successfully confirmed. For a direct bank-transfer renewal, it begins when the payment is documented and the renewal is activated by the responsible administrator. The renewed access is initially displayed as “All Ad-Free Account”. After the first six months, the display changes automatically to “VIP Account” for the remaining part of the same term. This label change does not create another contract or payment and does not change the contractual end date.
Statutory consumer rights, including mandatory withdrawal or refund rights, remain unaffected.
-
9. Non-Use of Services
Users are responsible for using the platform during their membership period. Voluntary non-use, partial use or delayed use does not create a refund, credit or extension claim, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise or Labra Flex expressly grants such benefit.
-
10. Copyright and Intellectual Property
All content, materials, structures, designs, texts, exercises, questions, answers, explanations, videos, subtitles, audio files, images, graphics, learning paths, course structures, progress logic, reward logic, AI-supported outputs, downloadable materials, PDFs, translations, interactive tasks and all other platform elements are protected by copyright and/or related intellectual property rights.
Users retain any rights they may have in their own original texts, audio submissions or other user-provided content. However, submitting content to the platform grants Labra Flex Germany the limited right to technically process, analyze, transform, display and temporarily store such content only for providing the requested platform function, subject to the Privacy Policy.
Unless expressly permitted in writing by STE Labra Flex SARL-AU, users may use the platform content only for their own personal, non-commercial learning purposes within the Labra Flex platform.
Any copying, downloading, scraping, extraction, reproduction, redistribution, republication, public display, uploading to other websites or services, commercial use, resale, automated collection, database creation, training of AI systems, creation of competing learning materials, systematic archiving or circumvention of technical protection measures is strictly prohibited.
This prohibition also applies to exercises, task structures, answer options, corrections, explanations, generated learning paths, transcripts, translations, PDFs and any content that is accessible for free, through a guest account or through a paid membership.
Temporary access, free access, guest access, downloadable outputs or paid membership do not transfer any ownership rights, copyright licenses or exploitation rights to the user. Access is granted only as a limited, personal, revocable and non-transferable right to use the platform for learning.
Violations may result in immediate restriction, suspension or termination of access without refund to the extent permitted by law. STE Labra Flex SARL-AU reserves the right to take legal action, request removal of unlawfully copied materials, claim damages and recover reasonable costs caused by the violation.
If you believe that any content available on the platform infringes your copyright or other rights, please contact us via the official contact form available on the website under “Contact”.
-
11. User Obligations and Code of Conduct
Users agree to use the platform responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The platform promotes respectful interaction, learning-focused behavior and technical fairness. Users must not engage in any behavior that could harm other users, the platform, its systems or its content.
Users must not:
- Engage in harassment, hate speech, threats, insults or inappropriate behavior.
- Share their account credentials or allow third-party access to their account.
- Use the platform for illegal, abusive, fraudulent or unauthorized purposes.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to internal systems, APIs, accounts, databases or protected areas.
- Spread malware, malicious links, viruses or other harmful code.
- Disrupt other users’ learning experience through bullying, manipulation, spam or abusive conduct.
- Make or publish false, misleading or defamatory statements about Labra Flex, staff, instructors or other users.
- Use the platform to send unsolicited messages or unauthorized promotional content.
- Bypass, disable, manipulate or interfere with technical access controls, security checks, fair-use limits, reward logic, usage restrictions or copy-protection measures.
- Use scripts, bots, browser automation, scraping tools or other automated methods unless expressly permitted in writing.
- Insult, harass or disrespect staff, instructors or support contacts in any communication channel.
- Send hacking requests, malicious files, abusive messages or unauthorized access attempts through support channels.
- Use support or chat functions for purposes unrelated to learning, account support or platform assistance.
- Violate the Privacy Policy or intentionally submit prohibited, unlawful, harmful or third-party-infringing content.
Violations of these obligations may result in temporary restrictions, suspension or termination of access, without refund to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
-
12. Account Security
Users must protect their login credentials, use them only for their own account and report suspected unauthorised access without undue delay. Liability for unauthorised access is determined under applicable mandatory law and the circumstances of the individual case.
-
13. Technical Issues and Service Continuity
Reasonable efforts will be made to restore the platform after unexpected outages, security incidents, maintenance or technical malfunctions. Users may report material service interruptions through the official contact channel.
Voluntary extensions may be granted for a verified complete platform outage. Mandatory rights relating to non-conforming digital content or digital services, price reduction, termination, damages or reimbursement remain unaffected.
-
14. Liability
Each entity is liable within its own legal and contractual area. Labra Flex Germany is responsible for the general platform-use relationship, technical operation and the data-protection obligations of the general learning platform. STE Labra Flex SARL-AU is responsible within its agreed area for the content, educational and editorial direction, rights clearances and approvals of materials it provides or approves, and separately for its direct Moroccan bank-transfer sales. Labra Flex Germany is also responsible for its own Stripe sales and its independently applicable technical, payment, accounting and data-protection obligations.
Liability is not excluded for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, fraudulently concealed defects, guarantees, mandatory product or digital-service conformity rights, or other claims that cannot legally be limited. For ordinary negligence, liability may be limited only to the extent permitted by the law applicable to the particular contract.
-
15. No Guarantee of Learning or Examination Results
Labra Flex provides learning support and digital learning tools. No specific examination result, language certificate, visa, employment placement, professional recognition or other personal outcome is promised unless a separate written guarantee expressly states otherwise. Mandatory statutory rights concerning the conformity and availability of the purchased digital service remain unaffected.
-
16. Third-Party Links and External Services
The platform may contain links to external websites, payment providers, communication tools or technical service providers. These external services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
Labra Flex Germany is not responsible for external content, external websites or independent third-party services. Where external providers are technically integrated into the platform, their role and data processing are described in the Privacy Policy.
- 17. Indemnification: To the extent permitted by law, users are responsible for claims, losses, damages or reasonable legal costs arising from their culpable violation of these Terms, unlawful use of the platform, infringement of third-party rights, abusive behaviour, technical manipulation or unauthorized access attempts.
-
18. Payment Disputes, Chargebacks and Fraud Prevention
For a Stripe purchase, Labra Flex Germany handles payment disputes, chargebacks, fraud warnings and related refunds. For a direct Moroccan bank-transfer purchase, STE Labra Flex SARL-AU is the seller, while Labra Flex Germany may technically process payment verification, withdrawal and refund communications on SARL-AU's documented behalf.
If a payment is disputed, reversed or reported by the payment provider as potentially fraudulent, the access connected to that payment may be temporarily restricted while the continued paid entitlement and the circumstances of the transaction are reviewed. A temporary restriction is a protective measure and does not by itself constitute a final finding that the customer committed fraud.
To review and respond to such a case, the responsible seller may use and, where necessary, submit relevant order, payment, consent, access, usage, technical and customer-communication records to the payment provider, card issuer, professional advisers, competent authorities or courts. The processing and retention of personal data for these purposes is described in the Privacy Policy.
Legitimate complaints, statutory withdrawal, conformity, warranty, termination and refund rights, and good-faith payment disputes will not be treated as fraud. A customer who believes that a restriction or factual assessment is incorrect may contact the responsible support channel for review.
Deliberate payment manipulation, use of stolen payment methods, deliberate circumvention of payment controls or knowingly false statements may result in suspension and the assertion of legally available claims by the affected seller.
-
19. Notification of Changes
Labra Flex Germany may update the platform-use provisions prospectively where required by legal, technical, security-related, educational or product changes. Each seller may update its own payment-specific provisions prospectively. Material changes will be communicated where required by law. If active consent is legally required, it will be requested separately.
-
20. Data Privacy and Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is permanently accessible via the platform footer. The Privacy Policy explains the responsible entities, processed data categories, purposes, legal bases, storage periods, user rights, cookies, payment providers, security services, AI-related processing and international data transfers.
User-submitted learning content, temporary audio recordings and PDF export files are not sold, not used for unrelated commercial profiling and not disclosed to third parties, except where a specific technical provider is required for the requested function and expressly described in the Privacy Policy.
Essential processing necessary for platform operation, account security, payment processing, abuse prevention and requested learning functions remains possible as described in the Privacy Policy.
- 21. Age Restrictions: Access to the platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 or older. By registering, users confirm that they meet the age requirement. If Labra Flex becomes aware of underage users, their access may be suspended or terminated, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
- 22. Feedback and Suggestions: Users may submit feedback, feature requests, or suggestions. By doing so, they grant STE Labra Flex SARL-AU a royalty-free, perpetual license to use, adapt, and incorporate such feedback into current or future products. There is no obligation to compensate the user.
-
23. Contact Information
General platform, account, support and data-protection inquiries should be sent through the official contact form or to support [at] labra-deutsch [dot] de. These channels are controlled by Labra Flex Germany.
Content-related matters may be internally referred to STE Labra Flex SARL-AU by Germany in a data-minimised form. Questions concerning a Moroccan SARL-AU bank-transfer purchase are also submitted through the same Germany-controlled support channel and are processed by Germany as technical processor for the seller where necessary.
- 24. These Terms and Conditions are permanently accessible via the footer at the bottom of every page, regardless of whether the user is logged in or not. Users are encouraged to review them regularly, especially after updates or structural changes.
- 25. Governing Language: These Terms are presented in English. If translations are made available, the English version is the reference version unless mandatory law requires a binding local-language version or a more favourable interpretation for the consumer.
- 26. Severability: Should any provision of these Terms be deemed invalid or unenforceable, that part will be modified or removed to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain fully enforceable and effective.
- 27. Force Majeure: Labra Flex shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters, war, terrorism, governmental restrictions, epidemics, internet outages, and acts of God.
Services may be suspended temporarily. Refunds or extensions are not guaranteed unless required by law. Labra Flex will make reasonable efforts to restore access as soon as possible. -
28. Informal Resolution, Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The parties should first attempt to resolve complaints through the responsible support channel identified in these Terms and in checkout.
The general platform-use relationship with Labra Flex Germany is governed by German law, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply in the consumer's country of habitual residence.
A direct bank-transfer purchase from STE Labra Flex SARL-AU for a customer in Morocco is governed by Moroccan law. For non-consumers, the courts competent at the registered seat of STE Labra Flex SARL-AU in Morocco are exclusively competent to the extent such agreement is legally valid.
No provision deprives a consumer of a mandatory statutory court venue, mandatory consumer protection, or non-waivable data-protection rights.
- 29. Reporting Claims of Copyright Infringement: If you believe your copyright has been infringed by content on this platform, please submit a detailed notice via our contact form including:
- A description of the copyrighted work;
- The specific location of the allegedly infringing material on the platform;
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email;
- A good faith statement of belief that the use is not authorized by law;
- A declaration of accuracy and authorization to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
-
30. Additional Service Rules
Certain platform areas, such as AI-supported tools, PDF exports, audio functions, rankings, reward systems, communication channels or verification processes, may be subject to additional technical or usage rules shown directly in the relevant feature area.
Privacy-related details for these services are explained in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy does not replace these Terms and does not create hidden payment or usage obligations.
- 31. User Responsibility Upon Registration: Users must provide accurate and complete information when registering. They are responsible for securing their account and monitoring activity. Any unauthorized use must be reported immediately.
